Just discovered a terrific guide to designing your website for readability (from a Tweet by Perry Belcher).
“9 Common Usability Blunders” from Smashing Magazine
They use the word “usability,” which is somewhat staid and technical. I would have called this article “9 Ways to Make Your Website More User Friendly (and get more click-throughs than you ever expected).” Highly recommended to everyone. And share with your web designer, too.
